Dr. Carl Spirazza

Dr. Carl Spirazza was born and raised in Trenton New Jersey.He attended Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After his one-year Internship at the Humana Hospital of the Palm Beaches (currently JFK Medical Center North Campus) in West Palm Beach Florida, he did his Family Practice Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Stratford Division. He is Board Certified in Family Practice, and has serviced the Boynton Beach and Lake Worth area for over 25 years. Dr. Spirazza had comprehensive medical and family practice training with an emphasis on preventative care, nutrition and the psychosocial aspects of patient care. That type of training fosters that personal touch approach to patient care, one that is often hard to find today in this world of robot docs and doc in the box facilities. You will find that Dr. Spirazza and his staff are warm and inviting. Compassionate care is their mission. Dr. Spirazza’s professional involvement includes membership in the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He currently serves as Secretary to District Nine FOMA, as well as a Trustee to the state FOMA organization. He is affiliated with Bethesda Memorial Hospital and JFK Hospital systems. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Family Practice, Medical Executive Committee Member and Credentials Committee Member at Bethesda Memorial Hospital. Dr. Spirazza has also served on many educational advisory boards for many years. These include Saint Mark Catholic School, the Palm Beach County School District Demographic and Boundaries Committee and Park Vista High School. He currently serves as chairman of the Park Vista Academic Advisory Committee (for its Medical, Automotive and Multimedia programs). Dr. Spirazza is also a member of the Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization (PBACO). Dr. Spirazza is the father of three wonderful and successful children who enjoy life to its fullest. They are still working on their bucket list. Dr. Spirazza is happy to announce that the skydiving, hang gliding and zip lining are already checked off of that list!

Dr. Leor Skoczylas is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing general Internal Medicine in Boca Raton for over 8 years.
